Blueberry Turnovers

Crisco pastry for 2  crust pie          2 T. flour
1 c. blueberries                             1 t. lemon juice
1/3 c. sugar                                 1/8 t. salt

   Roll pastry to 1/8 inch thick.  Cut in eight 5-inch squares.  Combine berries, sugar, flour, lemon juice and salt.  Place a heaping T. on each square.  Fold pastry in half, diagonally.  Seal edges with a fork.  Cut slits for escape of steam.  Place on baking sheet.  Bake at 400 for 20-30 min.  Frost with glaze.

                       
Glaze

1 c. confectioner sugar
1/2 t. vanilla

Add milk or cream for right consistency.  Blend until smooth
