Blueberry Crisp
4 cups blueberries
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup butter or margarine
Preheat
oven to 375 Degrees.
Put Berries in shallow baking dish ( about 8 x 8 inches ) or
deep 9 inch pie pan.
In a bowl, blend brown sugar and flour ; cut in butter with pastry blender, two knives or finger tips until pieces are pea-size or smaller. Sprinkle mixture over berries. Bake about 25 min, untill bubbly and cooked through. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
