BLUEBERRY MUFFINS #2

4 cups flour
2 cups sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 cup liquid shortening
1 1/2 cups orange juice
2 eggs well beaten
3 cups blueberries

Combine all ingredients.  Gently fold in blueberries last.  Spoon into greased muffin tins or small loaf pans and top with following mixture:

5 Tablespoons butter or margarine
2/3 cup flour
1 cup sugar

Bake at 325 F for 35 min. Makes two dozen muffins or six loaves(small).
