Blueberry Pie
1 baked pie shell 4 cups fresh blueberries 1 Tablespoon cornstarch 1/3 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
Place 2 cups of berries in pie shell. Blend cornstarch, sugar, lemon juice and remaining 2 cups berries. Cook, stirring until thickened. Pour over berries in pie shell.
Serve with ice cream or Cool Whip. |
