All of the Valor Portrait Series of fireplaces use the model 530I engine. It is the most versatile direct vent engine on the market today. The engine can be direct vented using co-linear and co-axial venting.  It can be installed as a ZC (Zero Clearance), Free standing or as an insert. You can even choose between a coal, log, driftwood or rock effect fuel beds.

You will choose the the gas type (Propane or Natural) you will then choose the front you want which may be determined by whether this will be a free standing President or an insert or a zero clearance that will be framed into a new construction wall.

The 5301 engine now includes the highly advanced ValorStat Plus flame management system.

The ValorStat Plus Remote Control gives you the power to select, adjust and program the desired temperature that you want. The built-in timer turns your fireplace ON to warm your home before you wake up and can be programmed to turn OFF after you go to bed.

The ValorStat Plus also has the ability to turn your pilot light ON and OFF from the programmable remote control. You'll never have to get on your hands and knees to light the pilot again!

The Windsor Arch Direct Vent Insert
(insert can only be installed in existing fireplace)

The Windsor Arch for insert application is designed to be installed in an existing fireplace where the high temperatures of the engine and face are not exposed to combustible framing.
You must review the installation manual carefully to determine if you can install this fireplace and properly install the venting system within your existing flue or through the back of the fireplace for horizontal termination. Includes the cast front and the 530I Engine. Venting and other accessories must be added to order from list of accessories below.
